Your VPS will be added to our custom monitoring software system and anytime there’s a trace of a problem, our skilled technical support engineers will be informed right away.

  • To manually back up a VPS Hosting Plan is not the simplest assignment on earth. You will either have to use a different server or your computer, or, alternatively depend on some 3rd–party tool. We offer a much easier alternative with our Optional Admin Services deal. We will create a full backup of your virtual server every single week, so you never have to be afraid of permanently losing any valuable data. Last but not least we can recover a backup copy very fast. All backups we make are stored on a special server with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got your back.

  • Using a VPS Hosting Plan, you have absolute freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. But, certain scripts are more difficult to install and might require some extra setup on your part. That’s where our Optional Admin Services solution can help you out. It features 30 minutes of installation & troubleshooting procedures – in other words you will be able to literally hire one of our experienced server administrators for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any software program that you desire. Alternatively have him solve an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

    The Optional Admin Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and is an add–on for our KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
